Who can take The Institute's luxury home marketing training?

Licensed real estate agents are welcome to register for the course and will become an Institute Member upon completing the course.

Existing Members may audit any public course for a nominal fee if space is available. Login to your Member Portal to find upcoming courses.

My area isn't full of high-end homes. Can I still benefit from this program?

I recently received my real estate license. Should I wait to take my training until I have more experience?

No need to wait! The luxury home marketing training is beneficial for real estate professionals of all levels, including those who are new to the field. 

Can I earn continuing education credits from The Institute's luxury training?

The following states have approved The Institute's 2-day Luxury Livestream for continuing education (CE) credit*:

Florida – 8 hours of general CE credit (Florida Licensees)

Minnesota – 10 hours of general CE credit (Minnesota and North Dakota Licensees)

New Jersey – 6 hours of general CE credit (New Jersey licensees only)

Ohio – 12 hours of general CE credit (Ohio licensees only)

Oregon – 13.5 hours of general CE credit (Oregon licensees only)

Tennessee – 10 hours of general CE credit (Tennessee licensees only)

Texas – 15 hours of CE credit (Texas licensees only)

Utah – 9 hours of CE credit (Utah licensees only)

Washington – 12.5 hours of CE credit (Washington licensees only)

*Credits are not available for the self-paced training (Luxury Online and Advanced Luxury Online) or the 1-day Luxury Livestream training.

Do these courses qualify for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury?

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to live and livestream events are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.

Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.

Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.

What are the system requirements for the self-paced training (Luxury Online & Advanced Luxury Online)?

Through the self-paced training, you can pause and re-start training at anytime. The following system requirements are required:
